These Terms of Service apply to Aglint, including aglint.studio, the Aglint Studio portal, and related editing and content-production services. Aglint is operated by Crowbly LLC. By requesting a project, accepting a proposal, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
The Services
Aglint provides video editing, short-form adaptations, motion, review, delivery, and related creative services described in a proposal, order, or project brief. Deliverables, formats, timing, revision rounds, and included services depend on the agreed scope.
Creative work is collaborative. We may ask for clarification or pause work when required materials, access, approvals, or feedback are missing.
Engagements and scope
A project begins when both sides have accepted the scope and any required deposit or first payment has been received. Timelines are estimates and depend on complete footage, a usable brief, timely feedback, and approvals.
Requests outside the agreed scope, including substantial changes in direction, extra deliverables, or additional revision rounds, may require a new estimate or schedule.
Your content and rights
You keep ownership of footage, audio, images, brand assets, scripts, and other material you provide. You give Aglint the limited permission needed to host, access, copy, edit, render, transmit, and deliver that material while providing the Services.
You confirm that you have the rights, permissions, releases, and licenses needed for the material and instructions you provide. You are responsible for third-party music, footage, talent, trademarks, and claims arising from materials you supply.
Deliverables and portfolio use
After full payment, you may use the final deliverables for the purposes agreed in the project scope. Aglint retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, templates, techniques, working files, and general know-how.
We will not publicly display unreleased client work as a portfolio example without your permission. Publicly released work may be referenced only in a manner that does not misrepresent the engagement.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Services to break the law, infringe another person's rights, upload malware, bypass security, disrupt another client, or send material you are not authorized to use. Do not use our review or delivery tools to harass, threaten, or distribute unlawful content.
Fees and payment
Fees, deposits, payment dates, taxes, included revisions, and any monthly capacity are shown in your proposal, invoice, or checkout flow. Payment is due according to that schedule. Work or access may be paused when an invoice is overdue or the agreed scope has been exhausted.
Monthly plans renew until canceled according to their stated terms. Payment processors handle payment-card details on our behalf.
Confidentiality
We will use reasonable care to protect non-public information shared for an engagement and use it only to provide the Services, unless you authorize another use or disclosure is required by law. This does not apply to information that is public, independently developed, or already known to us without a duty of confidentiality.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to deliver thoughtful, reliable work, but creative outputs require client review and approval. We do not guarantee a particular audience response, commercial result, platform performance, or uninterrupted availability of online tools.
To the extent allowed by law, Aglint is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for a claim relating to an engagement is limited to the amount paid for that engagement during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Ending an engagement
Either side may end an engagement as allowed by the proposal or by giving reasonable notice. You remain responsible for approved work, completed work, reserved production time, and non-cancellable costs incurred before the engagement ends. Terms concerning payment, rights, confidentiality, and liability survive where applicable.
